As a Team Leader on our team you will: - Ensure delivery of services meets contractual KPIs, quality standards, and financial targets - Handle escalated customer issues and provide subject matter expertise - Monitor attendance, work performance, and compliance with policies and legal requirements - Analyze team metrics, identify root causes of attrition, and partner with leadership on retention strategies - Implement corrective actions for performance issues, up to and including termination - Communicate expectations, updates, and process changes effectively to staff - Manage shift-wide projects to improve productivity, quality, and service processes - Collaborate with clients to align on strategy, KPI performance, and service delivery Concentrix if a great match for you if you have: - Bilingual or proficient level of French and advanced level of English - Previous management experience in a contact center environment - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Demonstrated ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables - Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion - Strong affinity with numbers and reporting, experience with Microsoft - Excel and PBI are essential If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
