Transport Planner

Location: Madrid, Spain Market supported: Germany Languages required: German and English Your mission As our Transport Planner, you will coordinate and optimize the end-to-end order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning. You will ensure smooth communication between customers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders, while helping us maximize service levels, reduce costs and continuously improve our logistics operations across EMEA. This role will be based in our Madrid office and will continue to support the German market. For this reason, fluent German and English are required. What you will be doing • Coordinate the full order processing and fulfillment process, including transport planning. • Ensure professional communication with customers, logistics partners and internal stakeholders. • Optimize routes and transport planning to reduce freight costs and environmental impact. • Support the coordination of stock availability. • Proactively contribute to high service levels and customer satisfaction. • Help achieve departmental and personal targets. • Be part of a dedicated European team working together to continuously improve and optimize logistics across Europe. What makes you a strong fit • Relevant professional experience in order processing, logistics or transport planning, preferably in a European or international environment. • Experience working with customers and logistics service providers is highly desirable. • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with excellent attention to detail. • Fluent German and English, both written and verbal, are required. • Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset. • Ability to optimize routes and transport to reduce costs and environmental impact. • Collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to continuous improvement. • Confidence using logistics, order management or planning systems.
