Provide governance and solution expertise to business units implementation partners and governance boards ensuring alignment with business needs. Manage the intake and prioritization of ServiceNow demands and requirements and facilitate alignment within governance structures. Architect and design ServiceNow solutions that support strategic and operational goals monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary. Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices. Ensure compliance by collaborating with the ServiceNow account team workers council and other stakeholders. Help define lifecycle processes for hardware and software asset management focusing on efficiency and regulatory compliance. Has 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow design management or operations within mid- to large-sized organizations. Possesses deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform relevant certifications are a plus. Experienced in implementing business and functional processes on ServiceNow through real-world projects. Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management and related methodologies. Strong communication and skilled in translating business requirements into technical specifications for ServiceNow teams. Has a broad understanding of IT technologies including interfaces coding and UI. Fluent in English German skills are beneficial. Willing to travel globally when needed.
