Software Engineer (f/m/d)

Workload 100 Join Axpo Iberia as a Software Engineer and play a key role in modernizing our invoicing solutions across multiple countries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams drive innovation and contribute to impactful projects that shape the future of energy trading technology. What you will do - Design develop and support bespoke software solutions. - Capture requirements effectively and document software processes. - Utilize software engineering tools such as configuration management systems build processes and debuggers. - Create and execute designs for new functionalities within software projects. - Solve complex problems using sound problem-solving techniques. - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. - Prioritize tasks with customers and deliver solutions in line with expectations. - Participate in peer code reviews providing constructive feedback and suggestions. - Estimate effort evaluate technology options and suggest process improvements. - Ideally have 5+ years commercial development experience to act as a technical leader or Lead Software Engineer when required. What you bring who you are - Engineering or computer science degree (or similar). - Proficiency in .Net development (predominantly C#) - Familiarity with source control systems (e.g. Git) and software delivery automation. - Experience in the energy trading domain (ETRM applications like OpenLink Endur is a strong plus). - Strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a problem-solving attitude. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Fluent in English and Spanish.
