Site Lead / Site Manager

About the role: We are expanding our teams across the UK and Europe and are looking for Site Leads across two disciplines: Robotics / Automation - leading on-site operations across large-scale robotics, automation and warehouse technology projects, including industrial and warehouse automated solutions. Fit-Out / Construction - leading on-site operations across large-scale fit-out and building modification installation projects. This is a senior, hands-on and client-facing role. You will be the key on-site representative for NPSG - the day-to-day point of contact for the client and contractors on site. Depending on the project, you will either support the Project Manager and lead in their absence, or take the lead on a smaller project in your own right. You will coordinate all day-to-day installation activities, manage multi-disciplinary crews and agency labour, and ensure installation integrity and strict compliance with all construction and safety standards.
