Senior QA Tester (Remote from Spain)

What we look for We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester with more than 8 years of experience in software quality assurance capable of defining and executing test strategies across web mobile and API platforms preferably within the banking and financial services sector. High english level is required. Key Responsibilities - Develop execute and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scenarios. - Design testing strategies covering both functional and non-functional requirements for financial products. - Collaborate closely with development teams to understand new features requirements and defect resolutions. - Perform backend validations through SQL queries and database testing. - Conduct Web Mobile Application and API testing to ensure product quality and reliability. - Identify document track and validate defects using Jira. - Support Agile delivery teams by actively participating in sprint ceremonies and quality assurance activities. - Define adapt and improve internal quality procedures standards and specifications according to industry best practices and audit recommendations. - Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for process improvements. - Ensure compliance with company-wide quality standards and testing methodologies. Mandatory requirements - 8+ years of experience as a QA Tester. - Strong experience in Manual Testing. - Solid experience creating and executing test plans and test cases. - Experience with Web Testing Mobile App Testing and API Testing - Strong SQL knowledge for database validation and testing. - Hands-on experience with Postman. - Experience using Jira and Confluence. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Agile environments. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - English level B2+. - Spanish language proficiency. Nice to have - Experience with banking or financial services products/processes such as Accounts Payments Cards Accounting.... - Advanced SQL expertise. - Experience working in digital lending systems. - Knowledge of quality frameworks audits and compliance standards within financial environments.
