What we look for A Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET / C# and SQL combined with experience in financial services ideally in investment management or front-office environments. Someone with React knowledge for frontend development. A professional who can effectively bridge business and technology with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. An individual with a proactive mindset high ownership and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced business-critical environment. Main tasks and accountabilities will be Support maintain and enhance front-office applications used by investment professionals. Investigate and resolve application data and reporting issues including performing root-cause analysis. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. Provide operational support reporting and day-to-day application management. Contribute to strategic initiatives such as application migration rationalization and platform modernization. What do we expect from you Strong hands-on experience with .NET C# SQL and familiarity with React. Background in financial services preferably within investment or front-office systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement. Ability to work directly with investment professionals and senior stakeholders. A service-oriented approach with strong ownership and accountability. Comfort operating in a dynamic fast-paced environment where both technical and business skills are critical. Work Location 100 remote (Spain) Work Schedule Business hours.
