Your mission will be to co-lead Boutique with the Store Manager in the overall management of the point of sale. As the SM's counterpart on alternate shifts, your objective will be to ensure compliance with operational procedures and protocols, maintaining Pandora standards. WE WILL COUNT ON YOU TO... Carry out daily monitoring of sales figures and commercial indicators, ensuring the implementation of individual action plans. Ensure all PANDORA standards regarding product presentation, achievement of commercial objectives, and excellence in customer service. Support the organization of team schedules based on productivity goals. Ensure the correct implementation of commercial actions and Visual Merchandising campaigns. Train the team to deliver the best possible experience to our Fans, as well as in operational procedures. Work with the team to keep them enthusiastic, committed, and focused on a common goal. Always motivate them! Participate in stock management and analysis, as well as orders. Lead a key project for the business, aligned with the store's strategic objectives and defined by your RSM.
