The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the utilities industry a proven track record in strategic advisory roles and deep expertise in SAP Utilities-particularly within Transmission Distribution Plant Maintenance EAM and Work Management. This role requires strong architectural expertise the ability to influence and partner with C-Suite stakeholders and extensive experience driving SAP S/4HANA Utilities transformations including innovations based on SAP BTP AI/ML Cloud solutions and complex GIS and MM process integrations. We are seeking a visionary leader capable of shaping strategic roadmaps designing scalable future-oriented SAP architectures managing large-scale programs and guiding clients through impactful transformation journeys in the Utilities sector. Necessary Knowledge / Skills - Extensive Utilities industry background with deep SAP IS-U and S/4HANA Utilities expertise. - Strong command of TD processes Plant Maintenance EAM Work Management and related integrations. - Proven leadership in large-scale SAP transformation programs and architecture roles. - Experience in advisory engagements RFP leadership and solution design. - Excellent communication stakeholder management and executive engagement capabilities.
