Retail Strategy & Operations Intern

Job Description For our Spanish office in Barcelona, GAES, una marca Amplifon is looking for a young talented person to join our Retail Strategy & Operations Team, supporting the transformation and growth of our retail network. Does the opportunity sound interesting to you? We consider interns as responsible team members who can have an impact starting from the day 1. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in retail strategy, market analysis and business performance within a global leader in hearing care. You'll be in charge of: • Footprint Strategy • Analyze market and store performance data across different geographical areas to identify opportunities for new store openings, closures and relocations. • Assess regional demographics, market potential and competitor presence to support strategic expansion plan • Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing Amplifon's retail footprint and business development. • Process & Journey Optimization • Map customer touchpoints and analyze business KPIs to identify process bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement. • Investigate root causes of performance deviations and propose actionable recommendations. • Support the monitoring and analysis of operational and commercial performance indicators across the network. • Translate data-driven insights into presentations and business recommendations for management and key stakeholders.
