Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveyor • Spain • Data Centre ProSource are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of a leading building contractor who are continuing to grow with a strong pipeline of projects across Europe. This role is based on a major project in Spain and offers an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level Quantity Surveyor to gain valuable international project experience with a well-established contractor. About the Opportunity: • Work on a large-scale construction project in Spain • Excellent opportunity to gain international project experience • Strong career progression opportunities • Competitive salary + package + rotation (if applicable) Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; • Assist with the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports • Support the commercial team in managing subcontractor packages • Assist with procurement, tendering, and contract administration • Monitor project costs and support cost control measures • Assist with valuations, variations, and final accounts • Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers • Maintain accurate commercial records and reporting • Ensure projects are delivered within budget • And much more… To be successful in your application you will possess the following; • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline • 1–5 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail • Good communication and organisational skills • Proficient in MS Office Suite • Experience working on construction projects is essential Contact To find out more information, please contact Sean Morgan or ProSource Group for a confidential discussion, or apply now.
