Descripción de la oferta
Leadtech Group builds and scales digital products used by millions of people worldwide. With over 18 years of experience, we bring together multidisciplinary teams to turn ideas into meaningful, high-impact solutions.
Within the group, MAU by Leadtech focuses on subscription-based apps and digital products. It builds on the expertise, technology and product mindset developed at Leadtech, combining proven experience with a strong focus on user value and long-term growth.
Across both brands, we share the same approach: a deep commitment to understanding people and creating experiences that make a difference — for our users and for our teams.
We work as a remote-first, international team, where flexibility and collaboration shape how we build, learn and move forward together. Our environment brings together experienced professionals across product, tech, data and design, all driven by curiosity, ownership and continuous improvement.
If you’re looking to contribute to products with real impact and grow alongside a team that values how things are built as much as what is built, we’d love to meet you.
About the role
We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to act as the first operational layer of the Procurement function.
The Analyst triages incoming procurement activity, acts on what can be resolved at source, and escalates with clear context where it cannot. The objective is to absorb the tactical and operational load so the Specialists and Head of Procurement can stay focused on what drives value: sourcing strategy, negotiation, supplier analysis, stakeholder management, and savings delivery.
This is not a classic procurement admin role. You will need to be comfortable with hands-on execution, ambiguity, cross-functional problem-solving, and working alongside automated systems rather than against them.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Operations & Triage
•
Triage all incoming procurement requests through the Jira-based Procurement Portal: scope, route, prioritise, and act.
•
Resolve operational queries at source where possible; escalate with clear context where not.
•
Coordinate vendor follow-ups, supplier responses, and stakeholder inputs across active workstreams.
•
Maintain operational hygiene across procurement systems: trackers, registers, repositories, and dashboards.
Exception Layer & Workflow Supervision
•
Monitor automated workflows for failures, anomalies, and drift; trigger the right correction or escalate to the Head of Procurement.
•
Reconcile data across systems: invoice approvals, partner timesheets, contract metadata, spend analytics outputs.
•
Partner with the Head of Procurement on calibration and improvement of the workflows themselves, based on patterns surfaced through day-to-day operation.
Sourcing & Commercial Support
•
Support sourcing activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ) with supplier research, market benchmarking, scoring inputs, and document preparation.
•
Support contract administration: drafting tasks, redline coordination, renewal tracking, and contract repository maintenance.
•
Prepare savings tracker entries, business case inputs, and spend analyses under the Specialists' or Head of Procurement's direction.
Cross-Functional Coordination
•
Act as the day-to-day point of contact for Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, and HR on operational procurement matters.
•
Align stakeholders on timelines, requirements, and approval workflows.
•
Prepare dashboards, status reports, and process documentation for internal audiences.
•
Flag risks, blockers, and delays proactively with clear escalation paths.
Required skills
•
1 to 3 years in procurement, vendor operations, supply chain, finance operations, or a comparable operational role. Relevant internships count.
•
Hands-on experience triaging operational requests across multiple stakeholders is a strong fit.
•
Exposure to SaaS, IT, or corporate vendor management is a plus, not a prerequisite.
•
Comfort working alongside automated systems, dashboards, and structured data.
•
Prior experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI-assisted research, document review) in a professional or academic context is highly valued.
•
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides) and standard productivity tools.
•
Openness to learning and applying new tools, including AI platforms and automation environments.
•
Strong attention to detail with the judgement to know when something needs to be raised.
•
Cross-functional problem-solving instinct: comfortable working across Engineering, Legal, Finance, IT, and HR.
•
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, International Relations, or a related field.
•
English C1 or above required.
Nice to Have
•
Familiarity with Jira Service Management or similar ticketing tools.
•
Exposure to workflow automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate).
•
Familiarity with CLM, spend management, or eSourcing platforms.
•
Exposure to reporting and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
