Define and optimize CNC programming and cutting tool strategies. Prepare and maintain technical documentation process sheets routing and work instructions. Support industrialization of new products and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality standards. Contribute to complex technical projects and provide clear reporting. Work on cutting-edge industrial processes in aerospace Join a global leader driving innovation and sustainability. Masters degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience). Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial environments (production process or methods engineering). Asset Strong practical knowledge of machining CNC programming welding and industrialization. Hands-on experience in production workshops (not purely design office). Excellent communication skills in French and English other languages are a plus.
