Operations Project Manager (Logistics & Production)

As Senior Project Manager – Logistics & Production, you will drive high impact operational projects across our logistics and production departments, working closely with local teams and HQ stakeholders and leadership. You will identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, improve KPIs and lead projects that support operational growth and scalability. Your responsibilities will include: • Define, implement and coordinate operational projects across Logistics and Production teams, ensuring execution and follow-up of key initiatives. • Track operational performance through KPIs and identify improvement opportunities. • Support the management and growth of our in-house transportation network. • Drive operational efficiency initiatives across transportation, storage and vehicle production activities. • Coordinate capacity planning and storage management to support business growth. • Prepare and present regular reports and business updates to local management and HQ stakeholders. • Support strategic projects related to operational scalability and process improvements. • Collaborate closely with operational managers to identify challenges, propose solutions and ensure successful execution. • Act as a key link between Logistics, Production and HQ teams, aligning priorities and driving results. • 4+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Strategy Consulting or fast-paced environments • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills • SQL, automation or scripting knowledge is a plus • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously • Proactive, hands-on and ownership-driven mindset • Fluent English (C1 or above) Join a team at the forefront of transforming the vehicle buying and selling industry through digital innovation!
