IT Change Analyst - Remote

What we look for We are looking for IT Change Analyst who will contribute to a project with one of our global customers. Mandatory requirements - +5 years experience as IT Change Analyst - Experience within Technical Change Management Environment Management Release Management or IT Operations governance roles. - Experience coordinating software deployments and infrastructure changes across multiple technologies and platforms. - Previous experience working within an ITIL Service Management environment with strong understanding of Change Incident Problem and Environment Management processes. - Experience facilitating governance forums such as CABs operational reviews or deployment planning meetings. - Strong understanding of operational risk change governance and deployment best practices within enterprise environments. - Ability to coordinate technical teams and stakeholders across complex delivery and operational landscapes. - Strong analytical organisational and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience managing stakeholder communication at multiple levels.
