What will you be doing? - ingredients are prepared in-house - application of basic cooking techniques - provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu, and methods - responsible for inventory and order management - technically supervising assistant(s). What do we ask? - MBO 3 working and thinking level - demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques What do we offer?
