Guest & Property experience coordinator

We're hiring on the Costa del Sol — Guest & Property Experience Coordinator Lyx Homes Málaga is growing, and we're looking for the person who'll be the warm, professional face of the company at every guest arrival — and our eyes and hands across the portfolio in between. Based in Fuengirola. Full-time, permanent (contrato indefinido). What the job actually is: You personally welcome guests, hand over keys, walk them through the property and set the tone for a great holiday. Between stays you inspect homes so they're genuinely guest-ready, help bring new properties into the portfolio, and act as first responder when something needs fixing — coordinating cleaners, maintenance and suppliers until the guest is happy. This is hospitality, so weekends and flexible hours in peak season come with the territory. It's also a real career step — we want someone who can grow into a leading role as the team expands over the next 12–24 months. You might be a great fit if you: • Genuinely enjoy meeting people from all over the world • Stay calm under pressure (a guest locked out at 11pm doesn't faze you) • Are organised enough to juggle five things in a day without dropping any • See what needs doing and do it, without waiting to be told • Are comfortable with phones, apps and simple tech What we need: • Fluent Spanish and English (a third language — German, Dutch or French — is a big plus) • You already live in the Fuengirola area • Valid driving licence • Car. • Eligible to live and work in Spain Hospitality, tourism or retail experience is welcome but not essential.
