Funciones del rol: Atender llamadas entrantes en alemán, convertir consultas en reservas hoteleras confirmadas y ofrecer una experiencia de cliente excelente.
Requisitos clave: Ser nativo o casi nativo en alemán, tener experiencia en ventas, y un enfoque comercial y orientado a resultados. Inglés avanzado.
Condiciones y beneficios: Contrato permanente con período de prueba, salario mensual de €1,791.66, bono de firma de €1,500, formación desde el primer día y horarios rotativos.
Ubicación y horario: Trabajo en Málaga, en el distrito Centro, con turnos entre 08:00 y 22:00, de lunes a domingo con fines de semana alternos.

Permanent contract (2-month probation). Salary: €1,791.66 gross/month (€21,500 gross/year). €1,500 sign-on bonus. Full-time: 39 hours/week. Paid training from day one (on-site). - Start date: 31st August. International environment with career growth opportunities. Wellbeing programs (fitness, nutrition, mindfulness). Your role Handle inbound calls in German. Convert inquiries into confirmed hotel bookings. Deliver an excellent customer experience. What we’re looking for Native or near-native German. Sales experience (essential). Strong commercial mindset and results focus. Advanced English. Based in Málaga or willing to relocate. ¿ Schedule Rotational shifts between 08:00 and 22:00.
