Full Stack Engineer with AI

What if you could work on international projects use AI in your daily work as a developer and live just a few minutes from the sea We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our team on-site in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. If you are based in mainland Spain or elsewhere in Europe and are considering moving to the Canary Islands we will support you throughout the relocation and settling-in process. About Lasting Dynamics Lasting Dynamics is an independent software development company founded in 2015 and built without external investors. We grow through long-term relationships not high-volume project delivery. Many clients come to us after unsuccessful outsourcing experiences and stay with us for years. We design complex web and mobile solutions for international clients with a strong focus on quality ownership and solid engineering standards. We are now expanding our team and integrating AI more deeply into our development workflow. The role We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with good familiarity with AI tools willing to contribute to real projects for international clients. You will take part in development technical decision-making and the improvement of our engineering processes. Tools such as Claude Cursor GitHub Copilot or similar are part of the way we work. You will use them to accelerate development improve code quality and explore better technical solutions while maintaining responsibility for what you build. This role is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience who wants to go beyond pure execution take on more responsibility and grow as an engineer. What you will do Develop and maintain web applications using modern technologies Work across both frontend and backend Use AI tools to improve productivity and code quality Collaborate with designers product owners and other developers Take part in technical discussions and system design Write clean testable and maintainable code Participate in code reviews focused on quality and clarity Contribute to the improvement of our development workflow Requirements 3+ years of experience in software development Experience building web applications across frontend and backend Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern full stack development Experience with React Node.js REST APIs and PostgreSQL Good knowledge of clean code testing and maintainability Familiarity with AI coding tools such as Claude Cursor or similar Problem-solving mindset Motivation to grow and take on more responsibility Good professional level of English our working language for meetings code and documentation Nice to have Experience with Next.js React Native or Redux Toolkit Experience with Python or Golang Basic knowledge of system design Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS GCP or Azure Interest in AI LLMs automation or autonomous agents What we offer Salary of gross/year depending on experience and fit with the role Full-time position with a long-term perspective On-site work in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria Relocation support for people moving to Gran Canaria Practical support with accommodation local registration and administrative procedures A dedicated point of contact during the process Complex and impactful projects for international clients A development environment that integrates AI into everyday work An international and collaborative team A structured engineering culture with solid technical standards A clear growth path The quality of life of the Canary Islands sea good weather all year round and a more affordable cost of living than in many large mainland cities Working language English is our working language for meetings code and documentation.
