What you’ll do Support customers and dealerships via phone and email Take ownership of cases from start to resolution Follow up to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience Update systems and contribute to daily operations ¿ What we’re looking for C1 level of English C2/native in Dutch, German, or Swedish Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude Based in Madrid or nearby Customer service experience is a plus, but not essential How you’ll work Hybrid working model: 50% office-based after a 3-month onboarding period Training fully on-site Fixed schedule from Monday to Friday (no shift work) Office location: Albasanz 15, Madrid. Suanzes Underground. Canillejas area.
