Call Centre Agent - 28h

Centauro Rent a Car is a market leader in continuous expansion, and we are looking for people like you! We are a company specialized in the car rental sector, with over 50 years of experience. Our headquarters are located in Alicante (Spain), and we operate across the most popular tourist destinations in Southern Europe and the Mediterranean: Spain, Balearic Islands, Portugal, Madeira, Italy, Sardinia, Sicily, mainland Greece, and the Greek islands. We are currently looking for proactive, dynamic, and energetic individuals with a strong customer and sales orientation to join our Contact Centre in Finestrat on a part-time basis (28 hours per week). Main responsibilities: Provide personalized customer service, information, and reservation management for both national and international clients. Offer advice and identify sales opportunities in car rental services. Minimum requirements: Advanced level of English and Spanish (a second language will be a plus: Portuguese, Italian, Greek, German, Russian, or French). A placement test will be required. Previous experience in customer service. Strong interpersonal skills, including kindness, patience, empathy, and flexibility. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and social media. What do we offer?
