Waiters, Waitresses & Head Waiter

JOIN THE HINOKI TEAM Hinoki Japanese Kitchen & Sushi is opening in one of Málaga's most attractive locations, right in the heart of Muelle Uno Marina. We are currently looking for waiters, waitresses and head waiters who are passionate about hospitality and enjoy creating memorable experiences for guests from around the world. ABOUT THE ROLE As part of our front-of-house team, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Our restaurant combines modern Japanese cuisine, sushi, poke bowls, signature drinks and a vibrant international environment in one of the busiest destinations on the Costa del Sol. RESPONSIBILITIES • Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner • Take food and beverage orders • Serve food and drinks efficiently • Maintain excellent service throughout the guest journey • Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams • Handle payments and daily service routines • Help create a positive atmosphere for guests and colleagues WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO • Has previous experience in a restaurant, bar or hospitality environment • Enjoys working with people • Thrives in a fast paced environment • Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic • Is reliable, organized and service minded • Works well as part of a team • English is required • Spanish is a strong advantage • Additional languages are a plus WE OFFER • Competitive salary based on experience and position • Hourly pay between €10 and €15 per hour • Tips in addition to salary • Full time, part time, seasonal and long term positions available • Year round employment opportunities • Career growth opportunities within the company • An international working environment • The opportunity to be part of an exciting new restaurant from day one If you love hospitality, enjoy meeting people from around the world and want to be part of a growing team, we would love to hear from you.
