About The Völkers House The Völkers House is a new hospitality concept created by Christian and Ninon Völkers. Born from decades of welcoming friends and family to their private home in Mallorca, it translates a personal idea of hospitality into something larger – an estate where architecture, landscape and service form a single experience. Set across 61 acres in southeast Mallorca and designed by architect Richard Meier, the estate brings together fifteen suites, two private villas, an equestrian centre with nearly 100 horses, and a full-size polo field. Position Overview We are looking for a passionate and service-oriented Waiter / Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at The Voelkers House, an exclusive luxury property in Mallorca. This role is key in delivering a refined, attentive, and personalized dining experience, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Key Responsibilities Deliver professional, attentive, and personalized table service Welcome guests and ensure a seamless and high-quality dining experience Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and efficiently Maintain full knowledge of menus, ingredients, and preparation methods Provide recommendations on food and beverages, including basic wine pairings Prepare tables and ensure proper mise-en-place before each service Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen team Serve food and beverages following established service standards and sequences Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas at all times Ensure impeccable grooming and presentation standards Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure smooth service Follow all hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations Requirements Previous experience in a similar role within hospitality Experience in luxury or high-end service environments is an advantage Basic knowledge of food, beverage, and wine service Strong service orientation and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Professional presence and grooming Fluency in Spanish and English German language skills are a plus Due to the location of the property, a own vehicle is essential What we offer Competitive salary package. 25 days of annual leave.
