Agilité is looking for a Technical Services Manager (Ingeniero de Instalaciones MEP) to manage and coordinate all technical disciplines (HVAC, Plumbing, High Voltage Electrical Systems, Low Voltage Electrical Systems, and Building Management Systems) throughout the feasibility, design, budgeting, execution study, and construction phases, leveraging the support of site and project teams.
The role will be technical reference and multi-functional, supporting Agilité’s expansion across Europe and a wide range of projects to ensure compliance with best practices and driving the continuous improvement of project procedures successfully.

Key Responsibilities.
· Ensure the technical feasibility of a project;
· Participate in the budget and/or cost estimation studies according to the projects requirements;
· Review technical documentation to ensure compliance with contractual requirements;
· Analyse and respond to technical queries from MEP subcontractors;
· Verify that installations comply with contract requirements (specifications, plans, etc.) and provide technical guidance to the project team;
· Contribute to project-related reports and attend meetings as needed;
· Attend, chair and prepare meeting minutes when necessary (customer meeting, subcontractors meetings, suppliers, project team, technical services);
· Maintain close collaboration with contractors, technical consultants and architects to coordinate all technical aspects of the project;
· Coordinate and manage MEP subcontractors throughout the construction phase.
· Review subcontractor proposals and quotations and support value engineering initiatives and MEP cost optimisation;
· Manage technical changes and support change management processes;
· Provide technical expertise and advice during project preparation, execution, and close-out phases;
· Organise pre-handover inspections and site visits to monitor the quality and proper execution of work performed by subcontractors;
· Coordinate and oversee commissioning, testing, balancing, system validation and handover activities;
· Review and manage as-built drawings, O&M (Operation & Maintenance) manuals and final technical documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements;
· Assist with final site inspections and the completion of specific works prior to the closure of MEP snagging items;
Ensure the effective transfer of technical documentation and information to the construction teams;
· Deliver assigned responsibilities in compliance with budget, schedule, and quality requirement;
· Ensure that all technical installations comply with contractual specifications and requirements;
· Analyse the functional, environmental, and technical characteristics of the works or products to be delivered, taking into account applicable regulations, organisational requirements, assembly and manufacturing processes, operational constraints, and safety requirements;
· Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) standards, as well as ISO requirements and company procedures;
· Promote a culture of continuous improvement in HSQE performance across all project activities;
· Continuously identify and evaluate opportunities to maintain, support, and strengthen Agilité Solutions' commitment to B-Corp standards and certification.
Additional responsibilities:
· Comply with all HQSE (Health, Quality, Safety, and Environmental) regulations and requirements.
· Adhere to the Company’s Health and Safety Policy and HQSE Management System, ensuring that all assigned subcontractors also comply with these standards and procedures.
· Monitor and ensure that subcontractors fully always meet their health and safety obligations.
· Ensure that health and safety requirements are adequately assessed, addressed, and incorporated into all proposals, tenders, and project submissions.
· Promote a strong safety culture across projects by proactively identifying risks and supporting the implementation of appropriate preventive measures.
· Verify that all project activities are carried out in accordance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Qualifications.
· Bachelor's or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.
· Proven experience in HVAC, energy, thermal, or MEP engineering.
· Minimum 4+ years of experience in construction, fit-out, refurbishment or building services projects.
· Professional level of English (minimum B2, ideally C1).
· Experience working on projects pursuing sustainability certifications such as BREEAM, LEED or WELL is highly desirable.
· Experience coordinating and managing MEP subcontractors during construction phases.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, MS Project and Microsoft Office.
· Strong knowledge of environmental engineering and renewable energy technologies.
· Sound understanding of building systems and industrial equipment.
· Proficiency in engineering calculation methods, modeling techniques, and simulation software.
· Knowledge of environmental standards and regulations, including ISO 14001.
· Strong knowledge of applicable regulations and standards, including CTE, RITE, REBT, fire protection regulations, and general European building standards.

· Expertise in engineering HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and energy systems design.
· MEP construction coordination and subcontractor management.
· Solid experience in Building Management Systems (BMS) and building controls.
· Strong background in commissioning, testing, balancing, system validation and handover processes.
· Relevant background in value engineering and MEP cost optimisation, subcontractor quotation review and change management.
