Become part of the GEMÜ family Technical Lead (m/f/d) Microsoft Infrastructure & Identity Your Responsibilities What you can achieve with us -Active Directory & Entra ID: You will design, develop, implement, and operate complex AD and Entra ID environments with a focus on hybrid identity management, conditional access, AD Connect, and pass-through authentication -Identity and Access Management: You are responsible for the entire Microsoft IAM landscape, including Entra ID governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and the implementation of modern zero-trust architectures -Virtualization and HCI Platforms: You will continuously plan, implement, and develop VMware-based virtualization and HCI environments (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, Aria Suite) -Microsoft 365 Operations: You operate and optimize Microsoft 365 tenant environments, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, and Defender for Cloud Apps -File Services & Storage: You manage and further develop Microsoft file services (Windows file servers, DFS namespaces, DFS replication, Storage Spaces Direct, Azure File Sync) -PKI Infrastructures: You set up, operate, and manage PKI environments throughout their entire lifecycle (Microsoft CA, Enterprise CA, subordinate certification authorities, SCEP/NDES, automatic enrollment, certificate lifecycle management) -Project Management & Transformation: You will assume technical leadership and serve as project manager for large-scale transformation and migration projects, such as AD or VMware migrations and hybrid cloud initiatives -3rd-Level Support & Optimization: You will analyze complex problems and conduct root cause analyses
