Team Leader (French - speaking) - On-site

As a Team Leader on our team you will: · Ensure delivery of services meets contractual KPIs, quality standards, and financial targets · Handle escalated customer issues and provide subject matter expertise · Monitor attendance, work performance, and compliance with policies and legal requirements · Analyze team metrics, identify root causes of attrition, and partner with leadership on retention strategies · Implement corrective actions for performance issues, up to and including termination · Communicate expectations, updates, and process changes effectively to staff · Manage shift-wide projects to improve productivity, quality, and service processes · Collaborate with clients to align on strategy, KPI performance, and service delivery Concentrix if a great match for you if you have: · Bilingual or proficient level of French and advanced level of English · Previous management experience in a contact center environment · Strong communication skills, both written and verbal · Demonstrated ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverables · Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion · Strong affinity with numbers and reporting, experience with Microsoft Excel and PBI are essential If you feel you don't check every box, we encourage you to apply anyway.
