With offices in Canada, Portugal, Spain and Sweden, we are continuously expanding, along with our team. We are currently recruiting for a Swedish Speaking Admin Assistant to join our growing team and support the smooth running of our daily operations. This role will provide essential administrative support across various departments, helping to ensure efficiency, coordination, and consistency in our processes.
PROFILE:
We are looking for a responsible Swedish Speaking Admin Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support the Administration team. Duties include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs and our company’s general administrative activities.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in an administrative, office support, or coordinator role
• Proactive and hands-on — takes initiative, solves problems, and gets things done without needing close supervision
• Confident communicator with strong written and verbal skills in English & Swedish
• Strong organisational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities efficiently
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, particularly in financial and administrative processes
• Experience with invoicing and basic accounting support
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new tools and systems
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in administration, accounting, or a related field is an asset
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Accurately enter and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets.
• Organise and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
• Manage office supplies, inventory, and equipment, ensuring that necessary items are well-stocked.
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Provide general support to the Administration and Accounting team
• Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for staff

Sueldo: 20.000,00€-35.000,00€ al año
