Supply Chain Manager
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, this is a full-time, on-site role based in Marbella. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for executing and coordinating Hype’s global supply chain activities across Energy Drinks and Nutrition. Working closely with suppliers, co-packers, internal teams and external partners, the role ensures product availability, inventory accuracy, production planning, regulatory compliance and successful new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Planning & Inventory Management
Execute supply plans aligned with business demand.
Monitor inventory, stock coverage and supply risks.
Maintain accurate inventory data and support forecast improvements.
Prepare inventory and supply reports.
Procurement & Supplier Management
Manage supplier and co-packer relationships, purchase orders and material availability.
Monitor supplier performance, lead times and service levels.
Maintain supplier records, contracts and specifications.
Manufacturing & Production Coordination
Coordinate production schedules and material readiness.
Monitor production progress and resolve delivery risks.
Support new product launches and packaging transitions.
Quality, Compliance & Regulatory Support
Coordinate registrations, certifications and compliance documentation.
Maintain product specifications and technical records.
Support audits and quality initiatives.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
Support new product launches and packaging developments.
Coordinate sourcing and production readiness.
Track Supply Chain KPIs and identify process improvements.
Support systems, automation and best-practice initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Innovation and Logistics teams.
Support product availability and proactive communication.
Escalate critical operational risks when required.
Qualifications
Experience in supply planning, procurement and inventory management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actions.
Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field.
FMCG, beverage or consumer goods experience preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools and Excel.
Strong communication, stakeholder management and organizational skills.
Fluent English; German or Polish is an advantage.
