How you'll make an impact As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead a team dedicated to producing life-changing medical technologies that improve patient outcomes around the world. You'll create an environment where people can grow, collaborate, and perform at their best while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence. In this role, you will: Lead and develop manufacturing teams to achieve outstanding results and foster a positive team culture. Drive quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business goals and patient needs. Partner with Engineering and cross-functional teams to solve challenges, implement improvements, and optimise manufacturing operations. Build team capability through training, performance development, and effective workforce planning. Help ensure every product is manufactured with the care, precision, and quality that patients depend on. What you'll need (Required) Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of technical expertise and manufacturing experience. Previous experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment. Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Experience driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Fluency in English and Spanish. Availability to work shifts, initially on the morning shift and in a future on a rotating shift schedule (morning/afternoon). What else we look for (Preferred) Project management experience. Experience within the medical device industry or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
