Solution Developer

We are seeking a Solution Developer (AI Platform) as responsible for Kongsberg Maritime’s artificial intelligence infrastructure. The role designs, develops, and operates scalable AI platforms that support the organization’s data, automation, and advanced analytics initiatives. With a code-first and automate-everything mindset, the Solution Developer acts as the AI technical authority across IT, business, and data teams, ensuring platform availability, security, regulatory compliance, and the adoption of cutting-edge AI technologies in production environments. Responsibilities Technical and operational AI Platform leadership Collaboration with IT & business stakeholders Design, develop, and maintain scalable AI infrastructure. Ensure high availability of AI systems. Automate deployment pipelines for CI/CD Implement monitoring and logging for AI systems to ensure operation Ensure AI platforms and solutions comply with security and data privacy regulations. Implement and maintain best practices for data protection and security. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and platforms. Qualifications and Qualities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Have a code-first/automate-everything attitude Relevant degree or diploma programme of study. Experience in AI design & development Preferred experience with Azure & Snowflake Preferred experience writing Python, PowerShell & bicep code Experience of working to DevOps / MLOps principles Familiarity with the Git & DevOps version control platforms. Troubleshooting experience in virtual / cloud infrastructures Effective communication skills in English — essential for coordination with international teams B2/C1) Experience: mid-senior, Junior also welcome to apply.
