What we look for We are looking for a Software / DevOps Engineer to play a key role in helping our software development teams migrate to the cloud and adopt DevOps best practicesacross the project of the client from the banking sector. High english level is required. Availability to go to the clients offices in the centre of Madrid 3 days a week. Main tasks and accountabilities will be - Support multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and product teams inonboarding to our internal DevOps platformandcurated Azure services - Drive there-platforming/migrationof applications to cloud infrastructurewhile ensuring adherence to enterprise standards compliance controls and secure-by-design principles - Drive themigration of CI/CD pipelinesfrom Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab ensuring alignment with platform standards and compliance requirements - Collaborate closely with development teamseducating and enablingthem on DevOps practices CI/CD automation and cloud-native development - Contribute to improving the developer experience by creatingtemplates documentation and training materials that simplify platform adoption What UST expects from you - Software engineerwith profound hands-on experience (5+ years) in application development (Java .NET Python or similar) - Practical experience building and maintainingCI/CD pipelinesand migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins GitLab) - Strong understanding ofDevOps principles Git workflows and modern delivery practices - Hands-on experience withMicrosoft Azureservices andInfrastructure-as-Code - Experience with deployment of containerized workloads and orchestration (NexusHelm Docker Kubernetes) - Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments where all external dependencies must be consumed from internal registries - Cloud certifications (e.g. Azure DevOps Engineer Expert) are a strong advantage - Fluency in English - Experience working inagile environments(SAFe or similar) and collaborating across multiple teams We only consider candidates who can start within 2 months.
