Social Media Publisher

Belle Muse is a fast-growing social media management agency in Marbella. We manage the social accounts of online content creators, and we're expanding our in-office team with Social Media Publishers. This is an entry-level, on-site role, and we train everything. No prior experience is required. We hire for reliability and work ethic, not for CVs, and many of our best people came from hospitality, retail or other hands-on jobs. Your focus is publishing content on schedule across our creators' platforms, keeping accounts active, and flagging issues early. We provide the content, the templates and the system. What you'll do: Publish each creator's content on schedule across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, YouTube, Facebook and more Keep accounts active with daily engagement Run daily health checks and flag issues early Assemble simple content from our templates (full training provided) What we're looking for: Strong awareness of Gen Z culture and what a young online audience responds to Daily, native-level user of Instagram and TikTok Highly reliable and consistent Lives in or close to Marbella (this is an on-site role) Communicates well in spoken and written English (Spanish a plus) Available to start within 1 to 2 weeks What we offer: Full training and a clear path to grow with us A young, international team
