Looking for an SMM Specialist / Content Lead — Marbella (Real Estate) Be Loud Marbella is a content brand in Marbella's premium real estate market. We produce short-form video (Reels/TikTok) that doesn't just rack up views — it drives real inquiries on listings. We're looking for someone to take full ownership of content and be accountable for results. What you'll do: • Write scripts for Reels and videos — sharp hooks, strong structure, built for the algorithm • Own the content strategy and calendar (by content pillars); develop formats and ideas • Direct shoots: brief the videographer, run the process on set (filming and editing are handled by separate people) • Oversee the edit and final quality before anything goes live • Own the metrics — reach, engagement, inquiries — and continuously improve results based on the data What matters to us: • SMM experience, ideally in real estate / premium / lifestyle • Based in Marbella (on-site presence at shoots required) • Strong scriptwriting and a real command of short-form video (Reels/TikTok), trends, and algorithms • Results-driven — not just "nice-looking content" • Able to manage a small team (videographer + editor) and hold deadlines • Languages: English + Spanish Sueldo: 14.915,38€-25.000,00€ al año Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
