In your role you will be mainly developing but not restricted to ITSM GRC/IRM and SecOps Streams. YOUR CHALLENGE - Custom Application Development and Module Configurations - System Integration - Workflow and Process Automation - Performance Optimisation and Troubleshooting - Adhere to Security and Access Control Management policies YOUR PROFILE - Advanced Scripting and Coding Expertise - Platform Architecture Understanding - Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking - Integration and Interoperability Skills - Collaborative Communication - Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field - Technical expertise Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks ITSM tools (such as ServiceNow) and IT infrastructure - Experience of at least 5 years as ServiceNow ITSM Developer - Experience of at least 3 years as ServiceNow GRC/IRM and SecOps Developer - Certified Application Developer (CAD) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Custom Applications - Fluent written and spoken English
