What youll do - Own the end-to-end technical architecture of the ServiceNow platform across implemented and planned modules - Lead the design of High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs/LLDs) for complex multi-instance or highly integrated environments - Translate business objectives and technical requirements into concrete architectural blueprints - Define implement and lead technical governance processes including Design Authority Board reviews - Enforce ServiceNow best practices design standards and development guidelines to minimize technical debt - Conduct technical risk assessments and ensure compliance with security data governance and regulatory requirements - Design and govern secure high-performance integration patterns between ServiceNow and enterprise systems - Lead the governance of the ServiceNow data model CMDB and CSDM - Act as the ultimate technical escalation point for architectural performance and security challenges - Coach and mentor Solution Architects Developers and Implementation teams - Present technical strategies and platform roadmaps to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives - Support pre-sales activities including scoping estimates and statements of work Ready to set the technical standard for ServiceNow at enterprise scale Apply now and lets talk.
