YOUR TASKS Your responsibilities • Advise HR stakeholders on the digital transformation of Talent Management, Succession Planning and Employee Development processes. • Drive the integration and optimization of Talent Management processes, fostering seamless connections between succession, development, performance and skills management. • Configure, implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management modules, with a strong focus on Succession & Development. • Design solutions and ensure the implementation of HR technology best practices. • Drive initiatives related to Skills Management, Skills Taxonomies and the development of skills-based organizations. • Support testing, deployment, change management, user adoption and continuous process improvement. YOUR PROFILE Qualifications • Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Talent Management. • Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions. • Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset. • Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions. • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. • A high level of English is required.
