What we look for We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead to join our team in Spain (Madrid or remote within Spain). You will play a key role in delivering high-quality scalable and innovative solutions while leading a team of engineers and driving technical excellence across projects. High english level is required. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design development and delivery of complex software applications and systems - Define technical architecture coding standards and best practices - Mentor engineers through code reviews guidance and technical leadership - Collaborate with Product UX QA and other stakeholders to define solutions - Ensure high-quality code via testing reviews and best practices adherence - Drive adoption of modern technologies tools and processes - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges - Manage technical debt and ensure long-term maintainability - Support planning estimation and prioritization of development work - Promote innovation continuous learning and team collaboration Mandatory requirements - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field - 7+ years of software development experience including 23 years in a leadership role - Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices - Solid expertise in software architecture design patterns and system integration - Hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Experience Cloud CRM Analytics Commerce Cloud) - Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps JIRA Confluence Copado and SFDX - Knowledge of data analysis KPI/reporting data migration and data quality management - Ability to work with SQL/SOQL - Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java C Python JavaScript/TypeScript etc.) - Experience with cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP) - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex challenges - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Fluent English (additional languages are a plus) - Availability to travel occasionally (1020) - English C1 Nice to have - Salesforce certifications - Experience in large-scale enterprise environments - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation practices - Exposure to multi-cloud architectures What can we offer - 23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary days - Numerous benefits (Heath Care Plan Internet Connectivity Life and Accident Insurances). - Retribución Flexible Program (Meals Kinder Garden Transport online English lessons Heath Care Plan) - Free access to several training platforms - Professional stability and career plans - UST also compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals. - The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year. - Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility WFH or remote work policy compacted hours during summertime) - UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discounts If you would like to know more do not hesitate to apply and well get in touch to fill you in details.
