Quality Engineering Intern

Your Mission Join our team and gain hands-on experience in quality management within an international environment. You will support the management of project non-conformities (NCs), helping to identify, analyze, and resolve quality issues while working closely with engineering experts, quality assurance teams, and internal stakeholders What You’ll Do Support the preparation of impactful status updates, dashboards, and presentations for key stakeholders Collaborate with the NC Management team to track, manage, and resolve quality issues Analyze non-conformities to identify recurring patterns and quality improvement opportunities Maintain and update data sources, ensuring accuracy and reliability of information Assist in rolling out key insights and reports across the department Create and develop Power BI dashboards and perform data analysis to support decision-making What We’re Looking For Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 3 years) in Industrial Engineering, other Engineering disciplines, or similar fields Advanced level of English (mandatory) Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel is essential; SAP and Power BI are a plus) Strong analytical mindset with the ability to quickly understand data and propose solutions Team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively Strong motivation to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Availability to undertake an internship Why Join Us?
