Your Responsibilities • Consult with clients regarding residential property investment opportunities • Assess client goals and recommend suitable real estate investment options • Conduct market research and analyze local property trends • Prepare investment proposals and property presentations • Coordinate property viewings and communicate with buyers and sellers • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and business partners • Monitor market conditions to identify new investment opportunities • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction process • Maintain accurate client records and investment documentation • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the purchasing journey Preferred Qualifications • Experience in real estate, property investment, sales, or financial advisory • Strong understanding of residential real estate markets • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to analyze market data and present investment recommendations • Strong negotiation and organizational abilities • Self-motivated with excellent time management skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software is considered an asset Sueldo: 300,00€-332,00€ la hora Ubicación del trabajo: Empleo presencial
