Master Scheduler (Programme Planning & PMO) Fluent English

We´re looking for a Master Scheduler Profile Develops and manages the integrated master schedule across a complex, multi-vendor, multi-region transformation programme. This is a central, hands-on role: consolidating individual project plans from multiple suppliers and internal teams into a single coherent master plan, analysing critical paths and cross-project dependencies, and maintaining a reliable single source of truth for programme timing. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, maintain, update integrated programme schedules (Microsoft Project) • Consolidate plans from multiple suppliers, regions and internal teams into a single master plan, resolving overlaps and gaps • Identify, map and manage interdependencies across projects, vendors and regions • Perform critical path analysis across the consolidated plan • Monitor plans against baseline and flag variance, slippage and risk to schedule • Build and manage work breakdown structures (WBS) • Define project tasks, milestones and dependencies. Industry: Insurance. Work model: Barcelona or Madrid. The successful candidate must be able to attend the client's office 1–2 days per week.
