Role Description This is a full-time on-site General Manager role located in Girona at Eat Sleep Cycle. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Cycling Hub, managing a team, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving business growth and sustainability initiatives. Essential Experience At least 5 years experience managing a bike shop or similar business. Experience of managing a team of at least 10 people. English and Spanish languages are essential, Catalan preferred. Permission to work in Spain is essential. Travel and tourism experience is desirable. A love and passion for cycling. Aligned with Eat Sleep Cycle values. Responsibilities Manage a team across the bike shop, apparel store and bike hire businesss streams. Create and implement rotas managing any holidays or sickness. Deliver 5* customer service in every business stream. Meet sales targets in each business stream. Manage purchases relating to each business stream. Manage supplier relationships and host supplier visits.
