Develop and implement strategies for digital workplace transformation to enhance technology services support the business and employees. Oversee and improve the selection deployment and optimization of workplace technology solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of digital tools. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital workplace initiatives ensuring continuous improvement. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for workplace technologies. Ensure compliance with security and data protection regulations. Act as a key advisor to leadership on trends and innovations in digital workplace solutions. Very fluent in English written and spoken. Will be used daily with international colleagues stakeholders and vendors.
