Help maintain and update golden images and standardized VM templates. Contribute to Infrastructure as Code efforts using Terraform and Packer under guidance. Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions. Follow automationfirst and selfservice principles helping reduce manual work where possible. Familiarity with Azure Virtual Desktop and FSLogix or a strong willingness to learn them. Knowledge of structuring work in tools like Jira and Confluence. An interest in automation Infrastructure as Code and platform engineering practices. Understanding of or willingness to learn security/governance frameworks (ISO 27001 NIS2 GDPR). Ability to follow established designs and standards with a mindset focused on consistency and simplification.
