We are looking for a talented HR Business Partner passionate about building strong employee relationships, driving fair reward practices, and partnering with the business to create a positive and high-performing workplace. The Mission As an HR Business Partner, you will advise managers and employees on Employee & Labor Relations and Compensation & Benefits, ensuring compliance, supporting business decisions, and enhancing employee experience. The role combines specialist expertise with broad HR exposure across strategic, cultural, and transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities Employee & Labor Relations Advise managers and employees on labor law, collective bargaining agreements, company policies, and people matters. Lead employee relations cases, including disciplinary procedures, investigations, conflict resolution, grievances, and terminations. Partner with employee representatives and trade unions, supporting negotiations and maintaining constructive labor relations. Identify and mitigate employee relations risks while ensuring legal compliance and consistency. Support labor inspections, audits, litigation processes, and interactions with labor authorities. Develop and implement labor policies, procedures, and best practices. Promote a culture of trust, dialogue, respect, and employee engagement. Compensation & Benefits Support the design, implementation, and governance of compensation and benefits programs. Manage salary review processes and advise managers on salary positioning and pay decisions. Coordinate incentive and bonus schemes aligned with business objectives. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitiveness and internal equity. Monitor labor cost trends, salary structures, collective agreement updates, and compensation risks. Act as a point of contact for compensation, payroll-related queries, and benefits administration. Partner with Finance and external providers to ensure accurate reporting and effective benefits management. HR Business Partnering & Projects Partner with leaders to support organizational and people-related decisions. Contribute to talent, engagement, wellbeing, culture, and change management initiatives. Participate in HR and business projects that drive continuous improvement. Support employee lifecycle processes, ensuring a positive employee experience. Collaborate closely with colleagues across the People function and the wider business. What We Are Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Law, or a related field. 3-5 years of HR experience with significant exposure to Employee/Labor Relations. Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation. Experience in Compensation & Benefits, salary reviews, incentives, or reward practices. Professional English (minimum C1) and native Spanish. Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities. Proactive mindset, sound judgement, resilience, and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
