RESPONSIBILITIES - Collaborate with product stakeholders to understand business needs transform them into technical specifications and estimate resources and timelines. - Develop and maintain features within the Stibo STEP platform including customization of workflows business rules (JavaScript) WebUI and data model configurations. - Write clean efficient and well-documented code while participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and maintainability. - Use Azure DevOps to manage code repositories development tasks and implement CI/CD pipelines. - Ensure high system quality and performance by applying continuous testing monitoring and optimization strategies including implementing security and access controls. - Support issue resolution debug and troubleshoot problems within the STEP environment and document solutions and technical progress. - Contribute to data integration activities by identifying modelling and linking internal and external data sources within the STEP architecture. - Actively engage in BASF development communities promoting knowledge exchange and innovation around digital product development and data-driven solutions. REQUIREMENTS OF THE POSITION - 2+ years of experience in technical development configuration and customization of Stibo STEP modules. - Solid understanding of PIM and MDM principles with practical experience in STEP workflows attributes WebUI customization and business rules. - Experience in working with shared and customized STEP environments with knowledge of the tools core and advanced functionalities. - Familiarity with STIBO reporting/monitoring functions and good awareness of best practices in MDM/PIM development. - Proficient in JavaScript for business rules and comfortable with data modeling concepts in product/customer domains. - Hands-on experience with agile development tools especially Azure DevOps including version control and CI/CD setup. - Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn. - Fluent in English German is a plus. - Stibo Systems certification is a plus.
