Who We're Looking For… Are you passionate about event planning and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests? As an Event Coordinator, you will serve as the key liaison between our clients and operational teams, ensuring every event is planned and executed with the excellence, elegance, and attention to detail that define The Ritz-Carlton. We are looking for an organized, proactive, and guest-focused professional with outstanding communication and coordination skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional experience for every celebration. Your Responsibilities Include… • Meet with clients, event hosts, and coordinators before each event to review all details and ensure every arrangement is properly organized. • Review event orders and event plans to coordinate specific guest requirements, room layouts, timelines, setups, and operational needs. • Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure every aspect of the event is executed as planned and in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton standards. • Follow up on all guest requests and special arrangements to ensure they are delivered accurately and with exceptional attention to detail. • Oversee event execution, anticipating guest needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally. • Maintain close communication with Food & Beverage, Culinary, Housekeeping, Engineering, and all other departments involved in the event. • Ensure every event is delivered in accordance with The Ritz-Carlton's standards of quality, service, and hospitality. • Provide personalized service to clients and guests, building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences. • Ensure compliance with Marriott International's policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. • Collaborate with colleagues across departments to achieve team objectives and contribute to the success of every event. What We're Looking For… • High school diploma or equivalent (GED). • Previous experience in event coordination, group services, hospitality, or a similar role. • Previous experience in a luxury hotel or upscale hospitality environment is highly desirable. • Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills. • Ability to coordinate multiple events and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Strong guest service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills. • A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and exceptional attention to detail. • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Additional languages are considered an asset. • Valid authorization to work in Spain.
