Grifols International S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the EMEA Customer Marketing department. What your responsibilities will be Support the localization of any promotional material required in the region: • Request quotes for translations, upload open files in English to be translated, request changes/modifications. • Check needs and inform about new materials available. • Create placeholders, upload materials, follow-up of the review process, compile changes and upload new versions after the changes implemented by the agency, resubmissions/withdrawal according to the expiry date. Update with available approved localized materials. Look for and upload High resolution files for printing options for the affiliates. Control of expiry dates and preparation of new Sharefolder. Participate in coordinating the event with the country Help in Logisitic details and definition of the process in the system. Participate in the localization and approval of the approved global versions. Support in Compliance requests. Who you are To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Market Access, Pharma Marketing Research or related field, preferably Professional/advanced level of English. You consider yourself a proactive person, eager to learn, with strong communication skills. Advanced in office tools (Excel, Ptt).
