Datos oferta • Nombre oferta: Early Years Teacher Assistant (Maternity cover) • Periodo de la oferta: a • Provincia: Málaga • Población: Benalmádena • Descripción: Colegio Internacional Torrequebrada (CIT), part of the Affinitas Education group and an IB continuum school (PYP, MYP and Diploma Programme), is seeking to appoint an Early Years Teacher Assistant to support our youngest learners in a warm, nurturing and internationally-minded environment. Key responsibilities • Support the class teacher in the daily organisation and delivery of the Early Years curriculum (PYP framework). • Assist with the supervision, care and wellbeing of young children throughout the school day, including at mealtimes, rest times and outdoor play. • Support children\'s language development, particularly in English, through play-based and structured activities. • Help prepare learning materials and maintain an organised, stimulating classroom environment. • Support children with additional needs under the guidance of the class teacher and the school\'s learning support team. • Assist with the supervision of transitions between activities, ensuring a calm and safe environment at all times. • Communicate effectively and warmly with parents and carers, under the direction of the class teacher. • Support the implementation of school routines, policies and safeguarding procedures at all times. Requisitos • Requisitos: * A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field (e.g. Técnico Superior en Educación Infantil, or equivalent). • Previous experience working with young children, ideally in an international or bilingual setting. • Bilingual and native English (spoken and written); knowledge of Spanish also valued. • Patience, warmth, and a genuine passion for early years education. • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
