About the Role: An opportunity has arisen for a Driver position to join our Guest Services Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are: - Provide safe, comfortable, and punctual transportation for hotel guests and employees, ensuring a professional and luxury experience at all times. - Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and assist them with transportation to and from the airport, hotel facilities, or requested destinations around Mallorca. - Maintain the hotel vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards are consistently met. - Offer personalized, discreet, and courteous service while sharing useful local information and recommendations when appropriate. - Coordinate efficiently with Reception, Concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals, departures, and transportation schedules. Requisitos: About you: - Previous experience as a Driver or Chauffeur, preferably in a luxury hotel or hospitality environment. - Valid driving license with a clean driving record and good knowledge of Mallorca's roads and destinations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and guest-oriented attitude. - Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good level of English required; additional languages are considered an advantage.
