DevSecOps Engineer (f/m/d)

As a DevSecOps Engineer youll play a key role in embedding security controls and best practices across Axpos development and delivery pipelines. What you will do - Implement and continuously improve Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices. - Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines automating testing and validation processes. - Perform application security activities (e.g. threat modeling secure code reviews SAST DAST dependency scanning). - Support cloud and containerized environments (Azure preferred) with secure configurations and controls. - Monitor security events respond to incidents and contribute to preventive measures. - Conduct vulnerability assessments prioritize risks and coordinate remediation efforts. - Research and recommend tools techniques and improvements to enhance cybersecurity capabilities. What you bring who you are - Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Security or a related field. - 5-7 years of professional experience in cybersecurity preferably in security operations or engineering roles. - Strong understanding of SSDLC application security principles and CI/CD pipeline integration. - Experience with SAST DAST dependency scanning threat modeling and GitHub advanced security. - Knowledge of cloud security concepts (Azure Cloudflare preferred) and container security. - Familiarity with scripting/programming (e.g. Python Bash) is a plus. - Solid understanding of incident response and vulnerability management processes. - Professional working proficiency in English German is a plus.
